Nuala Kelly is a HR Director, qualified to Master’s level in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered member of the CIPD and holds a Certificate in Company Direction from the IOD. Nuala has worked at Board level and has dealt with the entire range of HR, People and Culture matters spanning the full employee lifecycle as well as supporting with complex mergers and acquisitions, TUPE, restructuring, redundancies and Trade Union negotiations.
